DMarket and SkinBaron today — it compares both per item and buys the cheaper. More can be added.
Can it overspend?
No. A daily budget, a per-item max price, and an absolute hard cap are enforced before every purchase. It defaults to a dry-run that spends nothing.
Do you hold my funds or keys?
Never. Everything runs on your side — your API keys, your prepaid marketplace balance.
